Dicapo Opera Theatre
A full flung opera company that is making waves behind NYC Opera and The Met, Dicapo Opera Theatre represents NYC’s East Side opera venue. At a recently rennovated and intimate space, Dicapo is dedicated to perserving the art of opera in their 207 seat, velvet chaired performance hall. Dicapo has a full season complete with opera productions, musical theatre, concerts, family fare, and other events. Plus, since the 1997-98 season, they have offered an artist in residency program to help aid young singers in their early careers and have shown progressive strides in national and world premieres.
